Kim is a certified Enrolled Agent with over 20 years of experience in tax preparation. She has lived in the Marietta, GA area for 29 years and is an active member of the community. She has been married to her husband Mark for 27 years and has 2 children; Zackary received a BS in Biomedical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management and Emma has graduated High School and will be attending a Cobb County Transation Academy for one more year. Due to family obligations Kim works virtually only and is remote from the Dallas Ga office.

An Enrolled Agent is a tax advisor who is a federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the US Department of the Treasury. Like CPAs and Tax Attorneys, an Enrolled Agent can represent taxpayers before the IRS for tax issues including audits, collections and appeals.

Del's vast experience with international and domestic business has made for a well rounded finance and accounting capability that many SMEs seek for improvement to their day to day operations. His teams have performed over 3,000 data ETLs where he developed methodologies and SQL tools to increase productivity. He has built multi-dimensional financial models that led to entrepreneurs receiving funding for start-ups or new divisions. He has worked with the merchant services industry with an emphasis on process and accounting integration to achieve a seamless solution for clients and their customers. He has deep banking relationships and thrives in helping business owners succeed. He is not your run of the mill accounting professional as his experience has been inter-departmental with an emphasis on bending the curve northward.
Del lives in Dallas with his wife Dawn and raised 3 boys in West Cobb and New Hope. Del was the original treasurer for the Hillgrove High School Football Grid Iron Club where he served for 13 years helping Coach Phil Ironside build the program from scratch.
